    I could write just about anything
    For He is everything & everything is Him
    If I have to write more about me
    I would still write Him, just Him
    For I am my loving Father’s Son

    It feels as though I will never smile again
    And I cannot fully explain to you
    The source of this terrible sadness
    If I could articulate what I feel
    It’s like all colour was drained from earth
    And the water was no longer wet
    Though the sun rose, it did not shine
    My lungs are breathing, but i can’t get air
    What scares me the most is that lately
    Everyday feels exactly the same

    Her voice is soft in its gentleness
    Falling like whispers upon my skin
    My senses left in a roller coaster spin
    I adore the feel of her hair on my bare skin
    I love the poem she writes for me
    About not caring how many people like her
    Because her heart and soul like her
    About how honest she is with herself
    And never trades an ounce of it for relatability
    So her pen keeps spinning her spell
    Directly from the depths of her soul
    Leaving me breathless for her air
    Soaring into the skies
